I've decided to start blogging, mainly because my friend Ben Hsu has a nice blog with plenty of things to say. I figured it was time for me to get with the whole blogging thing too. I actually started two blogs, with the other one being for my family as a whole. Look there to find the more "here are pictures of my kids" type of content.
I'm using Movable Type for the blog, which is a great system. Somehow, though, the xmlrpc is not working correctly. Because this is a hosted website, the xmlrpc sends a redirect to the wrong server, which is the actual server hostname, not my hosted website name. I'm not sure why it's doing a redirect anyway, but I'm going to have to look into it. Otherwise I won't be able to blog through emacs using blogger.el.
